Elele is built for real, respectful, and safe communication. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior that is not allowed on Elele. They apply to profiles, photos, messages, calls, reports, account activity, purchases, and any other use of the Service.
• Do not harass, threaten, insult, bully, pressure, or repeatedly contact people who do not want to communicate.
• Do not send unwanted sexual messages, nudity, pornography, violent content, or disturbing media.
• Do not use hate speech, degrading language, or discriminatory content based on gender, race, religion, disability, orientation, nationality, or similar protected characteristics.
• Do not share private conversations, screenshots, images, or personal information without permission.
• Do not provide false age, gender, location, identity, appearance, or profile information.
• Do not create fake profiles, impersonate another person, use celebrity or child images as yourself, or mislead users about who you are.
• Do not open multiple fake accounts, return after a ban, bypass device bans, or use another person's account.
• Do not request money, gifts, gift cards, codes, credits, crypto, bank transfers, or off-platform payments.
• Do not advertise, spam, send copied bulk messages, promote other platforms, or redirect users away from Elele for unsafe or deceptive purposes.
• Do not sell or promote illegal products, gambling, betting, prescription drugs, medical products, or other unlawful services.
Elele is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not the intended audience of the Service. Any child sexual abuse or exploitation, child nudity, grooming, sextortion, or inappropriate interaction with minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Do not use bots, automation, emulators, fake devices, fake locations, root or jailbreak methods, cloned apps, VPN abuse, technical vulnerabilities, or other tools to manipulate Elele.
• Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, or abuse purchases, subscriptions, credits, ads, reports, rewards, account verification, moderation, or safety systems.
Elele may use user reports, automated systems, security signals, and moderator review to detect violations. Depending on the situation, Elele may warn, restrict, freeze, suspend, permanently ban, remove content, revoke verification, limit purchases or features, preserve evidence, cooperate with app marketplaces or authorities, and take other lawful action.
False, abusive, or manipulative reports may also result in restrictions. Subject to applicable law and app marketplace policies, credits, rewards, subscriptions, or other paid features may not be refunded when an account is restricted or removed for rule violations.
