Elele (developed and operated by Cenkle Digital) is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, with particular emphasis on protecting children from harm. Elele has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Elele strictly prohibits the following content and behavior on our platform:
●Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, text, or any other material that sexualizes children.
●Child Grooming: Any behavior intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited.
●Sextortion of Minors: Any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or threaten a minor using sexual content or threats is strictly prohibited.
●Child Trafficking: Any content or activity that facilitates or promotes the trafficking of children is strictly prohibited.
●Inappropriate Interactions with Minors: Any content or behavior that is inappropriate, harmful, or exploitative toward minors is strictly prohibited.
Elele provides an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report any content or behavior that violates these Child Safety Standards:
●Users can report violations by using the "Report" button available on user profiles.
●Users can report violations within conversations using the report feature.
●All reports are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team.
●We review high-risk child safety reports with priority and take action as quickly as possible.
●We take immediate action on verified reports.

Our Child Safety team is positioned to speak to our enforcement and review procedures and to take immediate action when required.
We proactively monitor, detect, and remove CSAM and CSAE-related content using automated systems and human review.
Violations of these Child Safety Standards will result in:
●Immediate account suspension pending investigation.
●Permanent ban from the Elele platform upon confirmation.
●Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
●Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by applicable laws.
Elele cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to CSAE/CSAM. We preserve evidence and provide information to authorities as required by law.
Elele complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
●Reporting requirements to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
●Cooperation with relevant regional and national authorities.
●Compliance with local child protection laws in all jurisdictions where Elele operates.
Elele - Real Chat is an adults-only (18+) platform. Minors are not permitted to use the service. However, if a minor attempts to bypass store age restrictions, automated safety controls immediately limit functionality and prevent contact with adult users until the account is removed.
If a minor bypasses store age restrictions, the following automated safety controls are immediately activated:
●Age-Based Isolation: If a minor bypasses age restrictions, they are immediately isolated from adult users. Adults can NEVER view or contact users detected as under 18. Dual-layer protection (database query + code verification) ensures complete separation and prevents any adult-minor interaction.
●Age Difference Limit: As an additional safeguard, users cannot message someone more than 3 years older or younger than themselves (±3 year range), providing protection against inappropriate age-gap interactions.
●Restricted Features for Minors: Users under 18 are automatically restricted to text-only communication. The following features are disabled for their protection:
○Photo sharing
○Video sharing
○Location sharing
○Voice calls
○Video calls
●Profile Photo Restriction: Users under 18 cannot upload real profile photos. They are limited to a customizable cartoon-style avatar, protecting their real identity and appearance.
●Location Privacy Protection: While the app displays country information for matching purposes, distance information is hidden for users under 18, protecting their precise location from being determined.
●Account Verification Restriction: Users under 18 cannot perform account verification, preventing access to verification-only features.
●Restricted Settings: Users under 18 are shown age-appropriate settings options with limited functionality.
●AI-Powered Content Moderation: Profile names and "About" sections are the only areas where users can enter custom text (besides private messaging). Both fields are monitored by artificial intelligence to detect and prevent inappropriate content before it is published.
Store Age Rating:
Elele - Real Chat is rated 18+ on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Minors are not permitted to use the service. The automated safety controls described above exist solely to limit functionality and protect against harm if age restrictions are bypassed, until such accounts are identified and removed.
●Screenshot Prevention: Screenshots are blocked within chat conversations, preventing unauthorized capture and distribution of private messages.
●Premium Member Restrictions: Even premium members with expanded privileges (such as "Emperor" tier who can message any user) are subject to the same child safety restrictions - they cannot view or contact users under 18. No subscription level can bypass child safety protections.
●Advertising Policy: Since Elele - Real Chat is an 18+ platform, child-directed advertising is not served.
These technical restrictions are enforced at the system level and cannot be bypassed by users.
